Your Experience

Safety Briefing & Orientation
Before entering the water, you’ll meet your local instructor for a safety briefing and walkthrough of the Jet Car’s controls. Life jackets and required safety equipment are provided.

Cruise the Caribbean
Experience Montego Bay from the water as you cruise along the coastline and take in beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and St. James shoreline. Depending on water conditions and operating guidelines, your experience can range from a relaxing coastal cruise to a more exhilarating ride.

Drive or Be Driven
Take the wheel yourself, share the two-seat experience with a guest, or sit back and enjoy the scenery while an experienced local guide operates the Jet Car.

What to Bring

• Valid government-issued photo ID for the primary driver

• Swimwear or comfortable quick-dry clothing

• Reef-safe sunscreen

• Sunglasses with a secure strap

• Towel and change of clothes

• Water shoes or secure water-friendly footwear

• Waterproof phone case or action camera

Important Requirements

Driver Requirements: Drivers must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID. All drivers must complete the required safety briefing and sign a liability waiver before participating.

Passenger Requirements: Children may be permitted as passengers when accompanied by an adult. Minimum age requirements are subject to the operator’s current safety policies.

Weight Restrictions: Weight limits apply for both individual riders and two-person bookings. Final eligibility is determined by the operator based on the specific Jet Car, passenger configuration, and current safety requirements.

Operating Requirements: No specialized boating license is generally required. However, the ability to personally operate the Jet Car is subject to the instructor’s safety assessment, local maritime requirements, weather, and water conditions. Guests who are unable or not permitted to drive may still be able to enjoy the experience with an approved operator.
